MANTI® CERAMIC is a thin-layer heat protection coating. Its main components are microceramic balls containing vacuum inside, produced at high temperature using nanotechnology and the non-volatile, water-based binding material. The vacuum-flled microceramic balls almost entirely block thermal ﬂow thanks to their nano-scale wall thickness.
Conventional insulating materials do not stop, they only slow thermal ﬂow. Their insulating capacity, as a result, signifcantly depends on their thickness.
Most insulating materials are not hydrophobic, their application in turn produces vapor condensation between the wall and the insulation, which can be an ideal environment for the growth of fungi.
MANTI® CERAMIC is a thin layer heat protection material, akin to regular paints. The technology developed for application ensures layered arrangement of the microceramic balls.
The water-based binding material provides excellent adhesion and a ﬂexible surface.
